Unbinding devices that are experiencing difficulty hitting the RPS Management Cloud Service

There are two main ways to resolve this issue, adding the wan IP to the whitelist,

or resetting the connection of the device.

Adding the IP to the White list

1.) If you dont know the wan ip  find device Under:

 System Settings > Intercept Record

Here you can add the ip to the whitelist by checking the box to the right of the device and clicking add all ip to whitelist

It will then ask you to Confirm to add all IP to whitelist.

2.) If you have the wan ip of the site where the device is deployed you can add it to the Whitelist

Navigate to:

System Settings> Ip whitelist,

from there press the blue "+Add IP" box in the upper righthand corner

Then add the IP where it says "Please fill in the IP address" and click save.

Manually unbind a device by restting its connection

Search for the device using the mac #

If the Device shows Bound under Ip status, check the box to the right of the device and click reset connection

It will then ask you to confirm resetting the connection, upon hitting ok the IP status should have changed to unbound.
