To set <Operator Forward> for a USER.
Go to USERS Voicemail Tab
In the Operator Foward field enter the extension you want calls to go if caller presses 0.
IMPORTANT:
For this feature to work, you MUST:
ENABLE Enhanced Voicemail in each DID
Enable Enhanced Voicemail in AA. Go to the involved AA's - Dial Pad Menu, select the Choice 1-0, *, etc. Enable enhanced voicemail.
