goto page
Download Realtek Diagnostics for your windows version
navigate to the realtek nic card within the program
add the vlan id you want to run
now you are on the vlan
when done just delete the vlan id
your open and change the setting by going to the program Realtek Ethernet Diagnostics ( I open the folder file location and copied as shorthcut to my desktop)
