Go to SETTINGS PAGE
Go to Auto Provision Page
Go to Server URL = sipreg@#$%&*.com/pbxcontext
Go to Password = Enter Provisioning Password
CLICK AUTO PROVISION NOW BUTTON at bottom of the page.
