Cisco A-kem attendant module Sidecars (Metallica)

Cisco recently discontinued their cis-CP-BEKEM-3PCC expansion modules 

replacing them with the CIS-CP-8800-A-KEM-3PC.

In order for the newer A-kem model to even power up, you need to change the KEM Type: to CP-8800-Audio

There are two ways to go about this

1. In the Phones GUI

Log into the GUI select Admin login in the top right hand corner, then click on Advanced in the top right corner

Navigate to Voice>Att Console and you will find KEM Type: on the right side 3rd row down.

Select CP-8800-Audio  and click Submit All Changes

2. Advance codes

Alternatively you can put: KEM_Type="CP-8800-Audio"

Into the phones Advance tab in the PBX
