Cisco 88xx 8811 8851 8861 Series Electronic HookSwitch Enable for Headsets
This setting must be enable otherwise the headset will disconnect.
This must be set by web gui or template code.

You can add this to the advanced tab to turn on Electronic HookSwitch Control which is off by defaultVoice > User > see Audio Volume > electronic Hookswitch ControlEhook_Enable="Yes"
