How to direct route Yealink phones to a specific Sky Server / account.1.outbound_proxy.1.address

Modified on Fri, May 21, 2021 at 1:49 PM

If you need to route a customer's Yealink phone to a specific server, you will enter the below string in the <Advanced Tab>.

We did this for Sollis CA to route to our LAS server and left the majority of phones on the native NYJ servers.

This should only be done for special circumstances as you will LOSE REDUNDANT servers.

This routes the phone to our LAS servers >  account.1.outbound_proxy.1.address="216.24.144.15"

This routes the phone to our NYJ servers >  account.1.outbound_proxy.1.address="70.42.44.46"

This routes the phone to our ATL servers >  account.1.outbound_proxy.1.address="207.254.80.46"
