Completely disable the feature:

Or, to just turn off softkey:
programablekey.X.type="0"
Note: Make sure to substitute X for the location of the key (e.g. 3, 2, etc). The value of 0 also will make the key location have no feature.
Polycom
You must turn off the feature on the phone as well as disable the DND softkey.
feature.doNotDisturb.enable="0"1 (default) - Enable Do Not Disturb (DND).
0 - Disable Do Not Disturb (DND).
* This change causes the phone to reboot.
softkey.feature.doNotDisturb="0"1 (default) - Enables the DND soft key on the phone.
0 - Disables the DND soft key on the phone.
