Call Queues Linking to each other to maximize calls 1/30/2024 SR

So... I have a customer who cannot use Queues because it's serving only one call at a time, he needs/wants to pile'em up.
A typical call length is 20 seconds or so. (Taxi dispatch with a CRM)
adding all dispatchers to SimRing, and the limit has been reached...  I'm pulling my hair for an idea! Is it possible for support to backend allow more users in SimRing?

Can't you ring all in a queue?  Is there a limit there as well?

Queue Ring all is serving ONE call at a time, It doesn't stockpile like sim ring

It should hold it until the first call is answered, then ring the second one right away, no?

That's not happening, it takes a seconds, because it's ringing the CRM which is stock pining them.

Is the CRM registering an extension that is ringing?
There are more than 25 dispatchers?

Yes.  I will come in private and explain

I know its probably not wise - but maybe 2-3 queues, that link to each others - or roll over to each others - to increase the simultaneous assignment of live calls ?

I would love to hear your idea.

I just set up a client the way that John described but reduced the timeouts for rolling to each queue. Before doing this, they had 40+ minute hold times for random callers, lost calls and high abandonment rates. We went from 60+ call abandonment to around 3%. Their usage also went up more than 100k minutes this month as well…

Will try

Wow Josh - better customer service - but at a price of burning more minutes.
Some clients wouldn't mind paying, as they are servicing more happy customers.
I hope you are not coming out of pocket on those extra minutes .  that's a bunch.

@John Kistner - SkySwitch They have a bucket plus overage so we’re covered. This customer has been one of ours for 20+ years. It wasn’t long ago that they were paying upwards of $20k a month for their total telco spend. They’re used to it. LOL Also worked with @Brian Krisukas - SkySwitch and went over our rate plan.  (edited)
