Modified on Thu, Mar 3, 2022 at 3:14 PM

To pull Panasonic PBX SIP Trunk Logs

1.    Connect to PBX

2.    Utility > VSIPGW16 Protocol Trace ( run thus and it creates a file named PRTSIPC )

3.    Transfer this file to your PC (same process as DMSYS)

4.    Using NS UNIFIED Program select > IP TRACE FILE CONVERTER

5.    Select the file you downloaded and click to convert

6.    This will create a PCAP file

7.    Open this file with WIRESHARK

8.    Select see only VOIP Calls > Select Telephony VOIP Calls

9.    Review wireshark files

NOTE to get newer LOGS, you need to delete the OLD PRTSIPC by selecting

Utility > SD Card File Delete

Select PRTSIPC

Delete ONLY that file

Run the above process to only see the newer files

attached are copies of sample files

The PRTSIPC <<Must be converted using NS UNIFIED first to change to WIRESHARK>>

See file lordae-good-sip-log-pcap for a good log, the other PRTSIPC pcap shows SIP VICIOUS attempts
