Creating an app.sonicfax.com account

1. login into app.sonicfax.com 

2. Click on accounts then click on the blue "Create" button in the top right corner

3. In the pop-up window enter the business's name and choose "sub-account"

4. In the next pop up window click the "manage" button

5. Click the blue "New User" button in the top right corner

6. Fill out all the fields, set user role as, user, and hit the "Create" button

7. In the left-hand column choose "Numbers", then "Provision"

8. In the pop-up window change Search Type to "Prefix," enter the area code you want,       and click search

9. Check the box to the left of the number/numbers you want to purchase and hit the             order button at the bottom of the page

(Note these number will go right into the sub-account you were last in, shown at the top)

10. A pop-up will say success and list your purchased numbers click "ok"

      now click on "Numbers" in the left-hand column

11. You should see your newly purchased number, check the box to the left of it and click        the "Assign User" button

12. In the next pop-up window click the user you wish to assign the number to,

      in the confirmation pop-up hit "ok"

You are now done with the Sonicfax side of this procedure, 

Next, you will route your fax number in the Sonictel PBX to the number you purchased in app.sonicfax.com, via a routing user using 038 prefix, and 1 in front of it. 

Now it is completely setup

Finally go back to Accounts and selecting settings next to the account you created

Under Fax change the Fax Caller ID to match the number you just set up

You must also change this under each user aswell
