Typically issues with a pep wave max registering come down to the Apn here is the custom apn and where to put, along with the setting to change
Under the Dashboard Tab, click on details to the right of Verizon cellular Lan
change operator setting to custom
and Name the apn: ne01.vzwstatic save and Apply
