Hello Larry, Please try using this firmware on the BR1: http://download.peplink.com/firmware/br1/fw-max_br1_br2-7.1.0s135-build3030.bin Let me know if you see see any issues with the BR1 being able to take accept traffic from the Balance 20 after upgrading to this special build.
