putty.exe SSH SERIAL tab settings
speed = 38400
data bits = 8
stop bits = 1
parity = none
flow control = none
connect serial cable and use putty.exe
Enter the command AT SECURITYRESETALL ( AT (SPACE) SECURITYRESETALL (ENTER)
It will show you the MAC address in the box and ask you to re-enter it to confirm
Enter MAC address as it appears in command box
PRESS ENTER
Security should be reset to NO Password or Administrator
