Polycom VVX300, VVX310, VVX400 & VVX410 Provisioning Procedures

• § Power up your VVX series phone
• § Select the Home button
• § Use the Navigation Key and select the Settings Icon
• § Select option 4 - Status
• § Select option 2 – Network
• § Select option 1 – TCP/IP Parameters to obtain IP Address of phone
• § Web into the phone http://vvxipaddress password is 456
• § Select the Settings Tab => Provisioning Server this is where you will input your Provisioning Server information from the Setting Tab of your customers portal.
  • Server Type: FTP
  • Server Address: sipregxxxxx.com
  • Server User: Provioning User
  • Server Password: Provioning Password
  • Select “Save” you will be prompted to save your configuration changes select “Yes”
• § At this point the phone will pull down its configuration file
• § Once complete you will be able to make and receive calls.

Factory Default VVX300 Series

• Home Button=>Select the Settings Icon=>Select option 2 – Advanced=>Password 456 enter=>Select option 1 – Admin Settings=>Select option 5 – Reset to Default=>Select option 5 – Reset to Factory=>Are you sure? Yes

Restart VVX300 Series

• Home Button=>Select the Settings Icon=>Select option 1 - Basic=>Select option 8 - Restart Phone=>Are you sure? Yes

Factory Default VVX400 series

• Home Button=>Select the Settings Icon=>Select option 2 – Advanced=>Password 456 enter=>Select option 1 – Admin Settings=>Select option 5 – Reset to Default=>Select option 5 – Reset to Factory=>Are you sure? Yes

Restart VVX400 Series

• Home Button=>Select the Settings Icon=>Select option 1 - Basic=>Select option 7 - Restart Phone=>Are you sure? Yes

Note: The VVX300 and VVX400 series phones are supporting Direct Call Park feature and Direct Call Pickup feature on monitored BLF extensions.
