Headset Settings for Polycom Telephones to Turn Echo Off

To turn off echo when connecting a headset for the first time to your Polycom Telephone.

Note: the Menu or Home keys perform the same function but are named different based on the specific Polycom model.

HOME KEY is for VVX300, VVX400 & VVX500 Models

MENU KEY is for IP321, IP335, IP450, IP550, IP650 Models

Press the HOME KEY or MENU KEY

Press SETTINGS

PRESS 1 for BASIC

PRESS 1 for PREFERENCES

PRESS 3 for HEADSET

PRESS 3 for ECHO CANCELLATION

Select ENABLED

PRESS HOME KEY or MENU KEY

PRESS HOME KEY or MENU KEY Again
