UPDATED 6/19/2017, NEED TO CHANGE TO FTP, CD DOESN'T HAVE EXPLANATION, BUT PERHAPS AN OLDER CIPHERS OF ENCRYPTION / SECURITY THEY ARE USING????

SFTP = Port 22 (this is secure ssl)

FTP = Port 21 (non-secure)

You will set up the pbx to have a user id to map to the clients private folder on our FTP server.

The name will be contect_pbx

The password is the above in reverse

The client will have their own user name and password for access to their call records, which is assigned in the FTP server.
