PANASONIC VOICE MAIL SYSTEMS

How to change your personal greeting, please follow these instructions;

From your extension;

PRESS INTERCOM
Dial 500
When you hear the company greeting PRESS * (star key)
Enter the MAILBOX
Enter the PASSWORD followed by the # (pound key)
PRESS 3 for mailbox management
PRESS 1 to change the personal greeting
PRESS 1 to change the no answer greeting
Record new greeting
REVIEW/SAVE

Let us know by reply if you need the email address(s) associated with these mailbox changes updated too. If so, we just need the mailbox number and their new email address.

If you don't have the mailbox password, just reply which mailboxes and we will reset the passwords first for you.
