By default, we do NOT allow for the customer to factory default their phone using the Long Press of the OK key on Yealink Phiones.

Paster the following code into the advanced tab on the extension

features.reset_by_long_press_enable="1"

SAVE & RESYNC.

Now the user should be able to hold down the OK key for 10 seconds and trigger a factory default
