Time Frames for Main DID Number

Order BASIC USER Seat that will get assigned the Main DID#

Assign the Main DID# to the Basic User

Create User Name / recommend DID#@my.sonictel.com, such as 9145951400@my.sonictel.com

Set email to hello@sonictel.com, this is where the temp password will get emailed

Select RESET MyPhone Password

Log onto MyPhone for this new user and set new password

Go to MY RULES

Create Open Time frame ( this shows Mon to Fri 9:00AM to 5:30PM )

CREATE CLOSED TIME FRAME ( note you need to create early from 12 midnight to the open time and ALSO late from the closed time to 11:59PM)

Now CREATE the RULES that will use the Open and Closed time frames 

OPEN 

( this points to the RING GROUP for DAY RINGING / 212-497-1021 )

CLOSED

(this points to a ring group for after hours )

VERY IMPORTANT, Make sure you CHECK ACTIVATE for the Selective Call Forwarding Settings and also assign a Default forward to number
