This worked on my Windows 11 PC July 2026 SR
Panasonic software was released during Windows7 era.
Newer Windows 11 will not allow the USB to load for security reasons because of the USB certificate expired.
The below are security settings to change in Windows 11 PC
shutdown.exe /r /o /f /t 0
That error means Secure Boot is correctly blocking the permanent bcdedit change. Do not disable Secure Boot.
Use CMD only to enter Windows recovery:
shutdown.exe /r /o /f /t 0In CMD Windows
Run shutdown.exe /r /o /f /t 0
During reboot KEEP PRESSING 7 or F7
Disable driver signature enforcement
Try running TVA console
This command normally works from a regular CMD window—administrator mode isn’t required.
After the computer restarts:
- Select Troubleshoot.
- Select Advanced options.
- Select Startup Settings.
- Click Restart.
- Press 7 or F7 for Disable driver signature enforcement.
- Windows will restart.
- Immediately install the Panasonic TVA50 x64 USB driver.
This bypass is temporary and ends after the next restart. That is preferable to changing Secure Boot or permanently weakening Windows security.
If the driver remains blocked after pressing 7, the next likely blocker is:
Windows Security → Device Security → Core isolation details → Memory integrity
