Cisco Has rolled out a new UC-ONE app, it is so heavily upgraded, that they released as an entirely new app, and are stopping support of their "UC-ONE Communicator" app.
It has been rebranded "UC_ONE Carrier Mobile", and is available at the Apple App store, And Android Google Play store respectively below are screen shots of the app.
