Phone calls are the lifeblood of most businesses – customers calling in, sales calls, calls to vendors, etc. 

Having an easy way to see call activity can be helpful for both management, as well as individual users. 

Management may need to use call volumes as a means determining resource needs, or insuring that remote workers are responding to calls effectively and efficiently using their time. 

Individual users may want a simple way to see their call history and make calls via click to dial. 

Regardless of the need, the Call History tab for Administrators and Users can provide the necessary information.
