1. Create a SIP Trunk in the portal
  2. Power unit up
  3. Plug unit into WAN port
  4. Plug analog phone into FXS1
  5. Pick up phone dial *** then 02 to get IP Address of unit. After you get the IP Address press # then 12 then 9 to open WAN Port access then hang up
  6. Open web browser enter IP Address the unit gave you
  7. Password is admin all lowercase
  8. Select Advanced Settings Tab
  9. Firmware Upgrade and Provisioning
  10. Upgrade Via HTTP
  11. Firmware Server Path: firmware.grandstream.com
  12. Scroll to the bottom and select Apply
  13. Scroll back down to the bottom and select Reboot
  14. At this point the GXW400X will go out and download its firmware
  15. Select Profile 1 Tab
  16. Profile Active: Yes
  17. Primary SIP Server: pbxxx.cloud@#$%^.com (Info from SIP Trunk Detail Screen)
  18. Outbound Proxy: pbxxx.cloud@#$%^.com (Info from SIP Trunk Detail Screen)
  19. NAT Transversal: Keep-Alive
  20. Register Expiration: 2
  21. Enable Call Features: No
  22. Hunting Group Type: Linear
  23. Scroll to the bottom and select Apply
  24. Select FXS Ports
  25. Under Port1 add
  26. SIP User ID: (Info from SIP Trunk Detail Screen – SIP Username)
  27. Authenticate ID: (Info from SIP Trunk Detail Screen – SIP Username)
  28. Password: (Info from SIP Trunk Detail Screen – SIP Password)
  29. Scroll to the bottom and select Apply
  30. At this point you will be registered via SIP Trunk
  31. 18. From here you can now add your Hunt Group
  32. Port 1 select Active
  33. Port 2 set to 1
  34. Port 3 set to 1
  35. Port 4 set to 1
  36. This tags all FXS ports to Port 1 for Hunt Group.
  37. 19. This setup will also work with Extensions as well if you do not want to use a SIP Trunk.
