Plug in and Boot up Phone. ( Plug the Aastra phone in to the network to receive DHCP
Once the phone is done with it's booting sequence
Select Options -> Administrator Menu (password is 22222) -> Network Settings ->IP Address **Note the IP address**
Open a browser on the same network as the phone.
Goto http://AastraPhoneIP
Login as “admin” password “22222”
On the left side of the screen (menus) select “Configuration Server”
In the Main window change the Download Protocol to “FTP”
“FTP server” is the Provisioning Host from Settings>Service Settings screen under Provisioning Server Info.
“FTP Username” is the Provisioning User from Settings>Service Settings screen under Provisioning Server Info.
“FTP Password" is the Provisioning Password from Settings>Service Settings screen under Provisioning Server Info.
Select “Save Settings” at the bottom of the screen.
Once the settings have been saved select Reset -> Restart Phone (menu on left side of screen)
Provisioning is now complete, the phone will download it's configuration file and boot up as the extension it was configured as.
